VectorCraft Online runs the same editor in your browser. No download, no account.
Make Sure You Have the Real VectorCraft
The editor on this site is ArtCraft's VectorCraft, written in Rust and published at github.com/storytold/vectorcraft.
Download only from the official GitHub release, and compare the file with SHA256SUMS.txt if you want to be sure it is intact.
Desktop App or Online?
The desktop app works offline and suits large artwork and daily use. It also includes the vectorcraft-cli command-line tool.
VectorCraft Online needs nothing installed and adds quick SVG tools for converting, recoloring and optimizing files.
Choose browser access or a desktop download
Use the browser workspace when you want to try VectorCraft without installing an application. Use a desktop release when the official build matches your operating system and you prefer a locally installed editor. The SVG editing, recoloring, optimization and PNG conversion tools on this site are separate focused utilities; installing the desktop editor is not required to use them.
Download the file listed for your platform and architecture. Do not assume that a Windows package is compatible with macOS or that one CPU build fits every device. The release links and checksums belong to the upstream project; the version and checked date shown here describe what this guide last verified, not a promise that no newer release exists.
Compare the downloaded file’s SHA-256 value with the official checksum for the exact file. A matching checksum checks consistency with that published artifact; it is not a general security certification. If the values differ, discard that download and obtain a fresh copy from the official release page. Preserve your existing artwork before changing application versions.
Check your device before choosing a VectorCraft download
On Windows, check the system type in your device settings before choosing x64, ARM64 or x86. Most Intel and AMD desktop computers use the x64 build; an ARM computer needs the matching ARM release. The macOS download listed here is universal for Apple silicon and Intel. On Linux, select the package format and CPU architecture supported by your distribution. The table provides several options rather than one installer that works on every machine.
Keep the filename when comparing a downloaded package with the official checksum list. A checksum for another architecture or package format will not match your file. If a download is interrupted, obtain a complete copy before comparing or installing it. Read the upstream release notes and installation instructions when your operating system reports an unsupported package or warning. This independent guide does not replace those instructions or ask you to bypass your device’s security controls.
Before moving everyday work to a different version, save a copy of a small existing project and test opening and exporting it. Check text, gradients and any effects you depend on. If a suitable desktop build is unavailable, try the browser workspace for an initial drawing or use this site’s focused SVG tools for a small edit. A VectorCraft download installs the upstream editor; the browser utilities remain available separately without installation or an account.
