Privacy Policy

VectorCraft Online ("we", "us") is an independent service operated from Germany. This policy explains what data we process when you use https://vectorcraftonline.app. Contact: support@vectorcraftonline.app.

Your Files

The VectorCraft workspace and our SVG tools (editor, SVG to PNG, color changer, optimizer) run entirely in your web browser. When you open a file, it is read from your device into the browser tab; when you save or export, your browser downloads the new file to your device.

Files you edit are not uploaded to our servers. We do not see, store or analyse their content.

The editor may store your interface preferences (for example language or zoom) in your browser's local storage on your device.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, we store:

• your name and email address, or the profile data Google shares when you sign in with Google;
• a hashed password if you sign up with email;
• session records (time, IP address and browser) to keep you signed in and to protect your account.

We use this data only to provide your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Abuse Protection

Sign-up and login forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from people, not bots. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics.

Service Providers

We use these providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery of the editor files, Turnstile, anonymous processing counters)
• Neon (database for accounts)
• Resend (account emails such as verification and password reset)
• Google (sign-in if you choose it; Google Analytics if you allow optional analytics)
• Microsoft Clarity (optional analytics, only with your permission)

Some providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Your theme and analytics choice are saved in local storage on your device. We do not enable advertising storage or advertising personalization.

Anonymous Processing Counts

To understand whether our four SVG tools work, each completed processing action sends only a fixed tool name and a success or failure value to our Cloudflare counter. This does not use cookies or user identifiers, and does not send the page URL, filename, SVG code, file contents or error details. Our application stores only timestamps and aggregate counts. These operational counts are separate from the optional analytics below. Network failures or blocking can cause missing counts; activity before collection started is not reconstructed. The embedded official editor's internal actions are not included.

Optional Analytics

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Speed Insights load only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Necessary only keeps them disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, including the SVG tool pages. It receives the page path without URL parameters, basic browser and device information, and visit events. We do not send your account identity, file names or file content. Automatic form, download and site-search measurement is disabled.

Clarity records interactions on public information pages to help us understand navigation. Strict text masking is enabled. Recordings exclude the SVG tool pages, the editor workspace, authentication pages and account pages; account menus are also masked. It may process technical data such as your IP address and device information.

Vercel Speed Insights samples page performance on public pages. Its measurements include the page path without URL parameters and performance timing; it does not record file content or the screen.

Withdrawing consent stops further analytics in this browser. Any data already sent remains subject to the providers' retention and deletion procedures.

Future AI Features

AI features are not available yet. If we add them, they will be optional, the text you choose to send will be processed by an AI provider, and this policy will be updated before launch.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Email support@vectorcraftonline.app to exercise these rights.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
